My Phantom

In sleep he sang to me,
in dreams he came.
This stranger I don't know,
this face with no name.
We met in the garden,
a single rose he gave.
He danced with me all night,
till' morning came.
I wish to see his face,
but he wears a mask.
He holds me oh so close,
I hope these dreams will last.
